1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged jewellery not due to transit.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders.
  • Sale, clearance, or special-offer items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@akinom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
  • ustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
  • If you wish to exchange for another design, please place a new order after your return is processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
